We work with a team of licensed and bonded Yacht Brokers through our yacht brokerage of choice. Through this arrangement, we provide services nationwide and internationally. So when someone list with us, through the services provided by our yacht company; it is not just us, in our location, working for them; there is a team that workd together. A team who communicates continually and shares information on our listings.

Our company's website receives thousands of hits a week. The internet exposure is "excellent" and our yacht company advertises on most all of the major boat/yacht sales websites mationwide and internationally.

Once lsited, we provide clients with a complimentary, multi-point, Current Market Analysis (CMA). This analysis is designed to assists assist the clients and us, in determining the proper value of their vessels according to multiple industry standard tools. This provides us with the ability to make a sound suggestion relative to listing prices . The ultimate decision is that of the seller.

The only time we are paid is when "We Bring You A Buyer". Our commission is the industry standard. This can be added to what you are asking for your boat or it can be taken from the sale price of the boat. We will list your boat until it is sold; all at no cost to you. The listed price is mutually agreed upon.

All you have to do is complete a form, which provides us with specification and feature information for listing your boat; provide us with 6 to 10 pictures or more of your boat so we can provide you with excellent exposure on our website and advertisements; and sign and return our yacht company listing permission agreement. If you are in our area, we will visit you and take the photos for you and gather the required data.

We will do all the work for you by compiling, posting, and managing your listing. We track your progress weekly within various websites, and work daily through a network of brokers. We make every attempt to qualify prospective buyers, locate surveyors, assist with financing, arrange transportation, complete documentation, work with marinas, coordinate sea-trials, and much more! Financing is available!

If you sell your boat then there is never an obligation or fee with us. We get a commission only when we bring you the buyer.
