Most home owners try to sell their home the conventional way...hire a realtor and hope the realtor can find a buyer that is approved for a mortgage. If the home owner offered "seller financing" they could tremendously enlarge their potential to find a buyer. Some people will stray away from that idea because they want all their money at closing. Now you can offer them an option. We can do what is called a simultaneous close (see "Seller Financing" tab on the left of this page) where we buy the note from them right at closing. Once the deal is closed you would then receive a referral fee from us which would be completely separate from any commission you would normally make on the sale.
