History of the Cashflow Industry
The Cashflow industry has been around since the Roman Empire and it has developed naturally as business has developed. In very recent years, it has been greatly improved. There are two basic types from which all other types have evolved.

   1. Owner-financing or seller-financing or selling of notes. The seller of real estate or other property actually 'carries the note' or 'acts as the bank' in the transaction. There is a down payment and the rest of the purchase price is financed through the seller, creating a private mortgage. The note can be for a house, mobile home, boat, airplane, land, or whatever.

   2. Accounts receivable purchasing or factoring or selling of invoices. Basically, when business #1 provides a product or service to business #2 and sends an invoice, business #1 often has to wait 60 days for payment. In the meantime, it has to continue to produce more product or service. Without the accounts receivable being paid, growth can be  stunted. It can sell some of their invoices at a discount and have more cashflow.
