Client Information: Information is collected at the time of a transaction in order to insure a complete understanding of the Client, their needs and means of contacts that will insure the optimal delivery of services. Customer lists are not sold or distributed to third parties. Optimal Financial Group does not use Client lists to send solicitations.

Information About Children: Optimal Financial Group does not attempt to collect personal information from children. If children do send personal information to Optimal Financial Group, the information is deleted.

NOTE: Optimal Financial Group cannot determine that a user is a child. Optimal Financial Group does not maintain databases about children.

Web Site Log Files: Like most web sites log files are generated that show the IP Address of the visitor, date, time, and pages visited. Aggregate reports for web site visitors are generated that do not contain personally identifiable information. The log files are eventually deleted.
