Does this program only work for Federal government vendors?
No.  While the Federal government is by far the largest U.S. purchaser of goods or services, this program works with State of local governmental suppliers.

Would a school district or net for profit state agency qualify?
Many do; we would be happy to evaluate your special situation at no cost to you.
