I am a certified cash flow consultant.  As such, I have hundreds of funding sources with billions of dollars to invest in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.  We purchase a wide variety of income streams or future payments such as invoices, private  residential and commercial real estate notes.

Some of our funding sources do asset and collateral based lending, off-balance sheet financing, work with self-liquidating trade credits and do equipment leasing.
