Joy Ann graduated with a B.S. degree in Dietetics, interned with the V.A. hospitals and became a registered dietitian. She married Donald and they had three children. Joy Ann worked as a hospital, school, and consulting dietitian. She returned to college and graduated with a B.A. degree in Elementary Education, whiich allowed her to be home with her growing family during summer vacations. Along the way she received her Master's degree specializing in Early Childhood Special Education. She remained in the Education field until she started her cash flow business. She and Donald became real estate investors, mortgage investors, and capital specialists. After becoming a Diversified Cash Flow Specialist in 1997, Joy Ann started Lexx Funding, Inc..

Donald attended college part-time taking accounting and business courses. He continued working full-time as an analyst for a local aircraft-missle company. He and Joy Ann became real-estate investors in 1980 and rehabbed and managed their own properties. Donald is certified as a Mortgage Investor and a Capital Specialist. He hopes to join Joy Ann full time in their new cash flow business soon.
