Joy Ann and Donald got into the cash flow business via real estate investing. Since 1980, they have purchased and managed their own real estate portfolio and still have rental property today. Joy Ann and Donald met Larry Pino, Esq., founder of the Pino Training Organization, when attending real estate seminars. Mr. Pino was the speaker on the legalities of real estate investing. Around 1990, the Pino National Mortgage Investor training course was born and both Joy Ann and Donald attended and graduated as Mortgage Investors. Due to full-time positions as a Elementary Teacher and an analyst, and parents of three children, and handling their own investments, Joy Ann and Donald waited until after the Diversified Cash Flow Institute came to St. Louis, to start Lexx Funding, Inc. in June, 1997.

To better serve their business clients, both went back to class and graduated as Certified Capital Specialists. Working as a small factor, Joy Ann specializes in factoring government contracts, and has funded numerous purchase orders for clients and then factored the invoices generated.

Lexx Funding, Inc. continues to grow each year and continues to help its clients get the money they need.
