I'm an heir.  I know I will be getting money in the future but how long will it take to collect my inheritance?

There's good new and there's bad news.  The good news – as the heir you will be getting money – your share of the estate.  But the bad news is that courts are very slow in authorizing the distribution of your money.  Heirs often have to wait a year or longer for their inheritance.

If you need CASH right now, what are your options?

  • You can ask a traditional lender like a bank of credit union, but they do not usually grant loans to heirs.
  • If you have a credit card or line of credit you can try to borrow money from the lender.
  • If you have a cash value life insurance policy, you may be able to get money from that source.
  • If you have a retirement plan, you may be able to get cash from it.
  • Or you could ask friend, family or co-workers for a loan.

If none of the above is appealing to you, Eagle Funding  has funding sources that will purchase part of your inheritance and you can have your CASH in your hand within a week to 10 days.  There are no employment verifications, references and poor credit is not an obstacle.  The money you receive is not a loan and you are free to use the money as you see fit.
