Providing Funding for Business and Individual Needs Without Creating Debt

Privately Held Seller-Financed Trust Deed and Mortgage Notes

Depending on the state in which you live, a Seller Financed Note (also known as a Seller-Carryback Note) is called a Seller-Financed Mortgage or a Trust Deed.  Today, owner financing has become an established and accepted practice in real estate and because of the private mortgage industry, owner financing is an even more attractive option than it once was in the past.

Sell All or Only a Portion of Your Privately Held Note.

We have the ability to facilitate the sale of existing Seller-Financed Notes, Portfolios of Residential or Commercial Seller-Financed Notes.

There are many ways for us to structure the sale of your note, depending on your needs.  You have the option of selling a portion of the note for a certain number of months, or you could sell a fraction of the monthly payments and still receive the other part of the monthly payments.  You may also take the option to sell your entire note if you want to.  There are many more ways to structure the sale of your note than the ones mentioned above.  Once we know your financial need, we can structure the sale of your note in a way the meets your financial goals.
