Accounts receivable funding, or factoring, is the selling of interest in your invoices or receivables to a private investor, or factor, at a small discount.

Accounts
receivable funding provides over $200 Billion dollars to the industry each year. In fact, factoring is a centuries old financial service used by multibillion dollar corporations which has recently become more available and affordable for small and medium sized businesses, to whom banks may be unable to lend.

Factoring fills a
tremendous void, and is a complimentary service to traditional banking - it also tends to make you more "bankable" in the future.

The Invoices to your customers for goods delivered or services rendered can be converted into a virtual credit line from which you may draw revenues to better manage your business. Draw only as much as you need and pay only for what you use. Receivables funding is a tool that you can use to:

ü Raise capital without creating debt

ü Improve the cash flow of your business

ü Take advantage of discounts on materials

ü Make payroll

ü Pay back taxes

ü Let someone else handle the collection process

Approval is based on the credit worthiness of your client, so don't be concerned about being turned down. Even if you have had a bankruptcy, tax liens or slow pays, our investors can get you funded within 5 to 10 working days provided your customers are approved.

We can help you manage the swings in cash flow by getting you your money now; and creating a virtual line of credit - based on your receivables - rather than waiting 30, 60, 90 or even 120 days. Your suppliers get paid quickly, so that you can take advantage of C.O.D. discounts from your vendors.

In many instances, the ability to take discounts and get negotiate pricing will more than make up for the nominal cost of factoring.

The difference between a bank loan and advance funding with a private investor is that in factoring you use your customers' credit as leverage, not yours. A bank loan is based only on your assets and ability to repay the loan. When you factor, there is no loan to repay. Your growth potential is based on your credit worthy customers and is virtually unlimited. The more credit worthy customers you sell to, the more you are able to draw.

Dennis Capital can provide funding (factoring) for your business, which effectively multiplies your working capital by turning it more often. Compared to bank lines, this virtual credit line uses far less collateral, requires only minimal paperwork, can be in place in less than a week and - best of all - grows with your business.

Factoring compliments any loans that you have or may be seeking, yet allows you to access additional funding without additional debt. There is no faster financial service available for businesses.

There is no need to change anything about the way you conduct your business! By taking discounts from your vendors and possibly adding a little to your invoice, you may be able to factor for free.

Also, factoring is
often less expensive than traditional banking services, which normally require closing costs, origination fees, and points - on top of interest.
