• You have a business note that you collect on a regular basis
• You have portfolios of uncollectible delinquent debt

As your consultant:

1. We take time to get to know you.
2. We gather information about your needs.
3. We gather information about your income stream.
4. We evaluate the information.
5. We search for the most qualified investor to handle your cash flow needs.
6. We will present to you, generally within 48 hours, a proposal for your review.
7. If the proposal is not satisfactory we will work with you to achieve an acceptable proposal.
8. Upon acceptance of the proposal, the investor steps in to finalize the details.
