WRITING: (In addition to or separate from any writing provided in the above service breakdowns)

Re-writing/fixing Screenplays (Major rewriting of more than 10% of a script or greater than 10 pages)	. If a major rewrite is needed or provided/agreed to, will take a portion of the credit and buy outs paid by other producers.	$50 per Hour up to 30 Hours/per Week
Writing treatments from original ideas	Not including screen play which would then be per the above	$250 Minimum
Rewriting/retouching existing materials, including proofing (less than 20% of a script or 10 pages) Revamping existing business plans, etc.	We need to assess the work and will quote price.	Negotiated

BASIC TERMS:

50% paid up front and balance on delivery (or within 10 days of delivery).

Payment can be check or money order (we prefer Money Orders).

Some of our services may necessitate a written contract. Most others will be secured upon payment of the 50% up front fees.

In many cases we are below market rates compared to other production services companies.
