Mr. Oliver has extensive experience in corporate planning and financial management including P&L, administration, cost and general accounting, budget preparation and compliance. He has had experience managing a construction, metal manufacturing and a repair company. Collateral duties included direct management control of all MIS operations and employee relations in addition to union contract negotations and grievance arbitration.
