  • Bank check is delivered to your offices for dispersal to your client.

How does the whole process work?

  1. A Plaintiff incurs Damages.
  2. Law Firm accepts case.
  3. Law Firm engages in settlement discussions.
  4. Plaintiff needs money now.
  5. Law Firm or Plaintiff contacts Stonehenge Funding Solutions.
  6. Stonehenge takes information to Funder for further review.
  7. Once case has been accepted, Law Firm and Plaintiff sign paperwork.
  8. Funder advances money with Lien on Settlement.
  9. Lawyer for the Firm, closes case to settlement.
  10. Payment from the case is made to the Law Firm.
  11. Funder is paid back its advance plus a structured return.
